MarketingNet has extensive experience of designing and developing web sites and intranets for law firms of all sizes, from magic circle to regional firms.
The case studies below describe some of our experience in the sector. We have also worked for over 2 years with a prestigious magic circle firm to develop and manage their intranet.
MarketingNet were commissioned by top 100 law firm Pinsent Masons formerly two distinct companies (Pinsents and Masons), to develop a website to promote Pinsent Masons' new corporate identity which included new company name and branding. The site needed to go live to support the launch of the brand.

Wright Hassall, one of the largest regional legal firms in the UK, commissioned MarketingNet to develop a new web presence. The site needed to satisfy the requirements of each of the differing needs of the different fee earning departments, and be relevant for the large number of private clients as well as the growing commercial client base. Additionally the business operated across a broad industry base including, agricultural, manufacturing and service sector.
The strategic requirement was to position the website at the centre of the customer acquisition programme, and to underpin the client retention programme. Employee recruitment was an issue that needed to be addressed within the project scope.

Norton Rose, one of the largest firms of lawyers in the world, reviewed 150 digital agencies online before selecting MarketingNet as their preferred usability research partner. Norton Rose were in the process of rolling out a new content management system for both their internet and intranet sites. Rather than simply migrating their existing sites into the new system, Norton Rose wanted to take this opportunity to create a web presence that dominates the legal services space online.
The website needed to meet all current usability and accessibility guidelines and integrate with existing and planned CRM systems to facilitate client retention, reactivation and cross sell opportunities in order to fully realise the business potential from this channel. The brief was to provide Norton Rose with research-based evidence to construct an effective Information Architecture (IA) and content plan which would set the standard for usability, and conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
