the brief

UnumProvident required an online creative design agency to help design the information architecture and user interface for the European Intranet. A key aspect of the creative design requirements was a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.

our solution

MarketingNet provided creative design resource and consultancy to map out the information architecture and create the visual design for the Intranet.

The design concepts were tested thoroughly in user workshop sessions to ensure that both the navigation and cohesive design were usable.

MarketingNet also provided a small extranet site detailing; the site objectives, page layout information, intranet image library, colour palette and accessibility guidelines to help the internal development team roll out the designs.

the results

The UnumProvident Intranet launch was successful and the site has since received lots positive feedback from users.
