the brief

3M decided to e-enable the recruitment process in order to make significant cost and timesavings as well as attracting high calibre candidates online. 3M appointed a technology partner to provide the job administration functionality but required a web design agency to create the candidate experience. The online process had to be intuitive and as painless as possible for candidates to apply online.

MarketingNet facilitated workshops with the target audience (primarily graduates) to define site content and design. MarketingNet also provided design skills and web development resource to create the careers site.
