Internet Marketing Advisory Board (IMAB) call on MarketingNet expertise
MarketingNet Usability Consultant Ben Ladkin has been invited to be one of the key speakers at the IMAB Legal Services Seminar programme planned for the autumn 2006.
The seminar programme, specifically aimed at the legal sector, will address the major issues facing Law firms and their web strategies, including topics such as taxonomy, IA (Information Architecture) and usability. Other speakers will come from within the legal sector and web industry experts.
Kirk Rothwell, IMAB event co-ordinator, says "Our delegates will benefit enormously from Ben's vast knowledge of usability issues and in-depth understanding of the legal sector."

Norton Rose commissions user research
Norton Rose, the leading international legal practice, has commissioned MarketingNet's Usability and Accessibility team to conduct a series of research projects into user behavior online.
Charlie Spencer, Account Manager from MarketingNet's specialist legal services team says "The work has been both fascinating and enlightening and should help to dispel many of the myths surrounding how clients interact with legal practices on-line."
The team used a combination of quantitative on-line questionnaires, qualitative focus groups, eye tracking and user testing.

Usability and customer experience research - Nottingham Trent University
Nottingham Trent University commissioned MarketingNet's Usability and Accessibility Team to conduct research into user behaviour online. The team used a combination of quantitative on-line questionnaire, qualitative focus groups, the IMAB usability lab, eye tracking and user testing. Louise Kennedy, consultant, reported "The unique outputs from the research will help to guide the Universities on-line communications. This data would have been impossible to access without this innovative and insightful approach to web research".

MarketingNet has strengthened its position as the leading experts in web related marketing by the appointment of Charlie Spencer as Account Manager to support the specialist MarketingNet team of legal on-line marketers. Charlie joins with a law degree and a diploma in marketing from the US, as well as a number of years experience working for some of the world's leading law firms and management consultancies. Intranet e-merging success
